SupportKroj for iPhone

How can we help?

Answers to the usual questions first. If yours isn't here, contact the developer through origin.ba. We never need your photos or closet to help: describe what happened, and share the diagnostics report only if you want to.

What you need

  • An iPhone on iOS 27.
  • For automatic tagging, outfit explanations and note drafts: Apple Intelligence turned on, on an iPhone that supports it, in a language it supports. Without it, everything else works the same and you tag pieces yourself.
  • For the 3D body scan: an iPhone with a LiDAR scanner, and a helper to walk around you. Measuring live works on any iPhone on iOS 27.

Adding clothes

Lay pieces flat on a plain floor or bed, in daylight, smoothed out and not overlapping. In the floor session, turn on Auto: the shutter fires when the phone is level and still over a piece, and each one is cut out while you move on. You can also pick photos from your library or Files, or share them to Kroj from another app. Check the details in the review before saving.

Measuring live

Prop your iPhone up at about waist height, step back until the guide says you're in view, hold your arms a little away from your body and turn once, slowly, on the spot. Pick what you were wearing when you save: fitted, everyday or loose. If the phone leans too far, Kroj asks you to straighten it. Don't measure through a mirror. The result is a best fit, not a tailor's tape.

Worth it?

Photograph a piece in a shop, pick a screenshot, or tap Share on a product page and choose Kroj, then Worth it?. If a shop's page has no preview picture, use a screenshot instead. Nothing is saved unless you add the piece to your closet.

Weather

The forecast needs location "while using the app". If you turned it off, go to iOS Settings → Kroj → Location, or pick the weather by hand on Today and Week. Choose °C or °F in Settings → Weather.

Moving to a new iPhone

Your normal iPhone backup moves Kroj with everything else. To move it on its own, use Settings → Your data → Back up now, save the file in iCloud Drive or Files, then on the new iPhone choose Restore from a backup and enter your passphrase. Without the passphrase, a backup can't be opened by anyone.

Deleting your data

Settings → Your data → Delete everything removes every photo, tag, plan, measurement and size from your iPhone. Deleting the app does the same. Backup files you saved yourself stay where you put them.

Something went wrong

Close Kroj from the app switcher and open it again. If it keeps happening, open Settings → Developer → Share diagnostics report and send it with your message. The report holds app states, counts, timings and errors only: no photos, garment names, measurements or location.
